By utilizing a three-pronged, "neck up" approach that incorporates cutting-edge, neurocognitive technologies to expand the boundaries of athletic performance training, ZoneForce pushes the limits of peak athletic performance achievement. While other programs focus on the physical aspects of athletic performance, ZoneForce has taken a neuroscientific approach. The ZoneForce approach to Brain Training includes combining and recombining research-based, proven methodologies to get exponentially more powerful results in less time. ZoneForce combines several, research-based, proven techniques and technologies to propel results on the field. 

 

The blend of individual programs offered in a given ZoneForce training regimen is dependent upon an athlete's particular sport as well as the results of our initial benchmark testing. We implement a wide array of  designed to hone in on specific skill sets.  After this is initial testing is completed (it take about an hour) we will develop your individually tailored training regimen. From this point, training can begin immediately. Benchmark testing will be administered again at the halfway point (generally the 6th session), as well upon training completion in order to provide you with a comprehensive performance report. 

 

Part of what allows for the extreme gains in a matter of weeks that athletes regularly experience  during  ZoneForce training is the combination of multiple programs that are already highly successful on their own. By combining a number of these and then adding our own proven methodologies in an intensive training schedule, our results are generally 20-30% better than those achieved with a single program. 

 

Training is completed in three weekly sessions, each lasting between 45 minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the chosen training regimen. A strict adherence to the three sessions per week is imperitave in order to achieve maximum results.
